Prices & Accommodations

We will be escaping the cold and journeying into deeper health and rejuvenation in tropical Maui.  This is a 5 night 6 day retreat. Our purpose is to reset our nervous system back in synchronization with the cycles and rhythms of nature, to restore our relationship to food and how we nourish ourselves, to deepen our progress in yoga asanas/posturing and meditation, and to celebrate life and make new friends of course!

With 2 tropical acres of land, the Banyan Tree is an historic estate centrally located between the cowboy town of Makawao (Upcountry) and the surf town of Paia.  It is in a quiet, shady oasis of banyan and jacaranda trees w/ sunny, open spaces of lawn and hammocks to find solace in.  There are also delicious fruit trees and exotic flowers to adore while loving the climate: highs in low 80's and lows in low 60's

Beautiful Testimonials & Blessings from this past retreat!

My heartfelt thank you, to both of you, for my most perfect birthday week full of love, healing, massage, community, nutritious sustenance, song, yoga, meditation, sun, hot tub soaks, ocean swims, sacred gardens, Haleakala's transition from darkness to light, and the time for me to play my ukulele.  This morning I awoke early & refreshed, with clear visuals & sensations from my journey to Yoga Retreat.  I made miso, did some yoga, drank fresh squeezed juice & reflected on my glorious new beginning so beautifully orchestrated by you both.  Thank you for creating & holding the space.  Thank you for holding space for my special birthday gift to me.  I feel loved, honored, and cherished.  Thank you...Namaste!

Aloha thank you again. Words cannot speak my aloha and mahalo alone to you however, as I am leaving the island to go to the mainland I came across this at the Maui Airport:

ALOHA is to be in the presence of life, to share the essence of ones being with openness, honesty, and humility.  It is a way of being, a way of behaving, and way of life.  It is a commitment to being real.  It is a commitment to excepting others and giving dignity to who they are and what they have to offer. You have demonstrated all of the qualities and encouraged all of us to do the same.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
